Anti-Spam Policy

Melinda Buck Brown, LLC maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against spam, un-consented marketing, and deceptive digital communications. We comply fully with the federal CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and 10DLC mobile network carrier guidelines.

1. Automated Messaging & Email Outreach

We do not send un-solicited commercial text messages or emails. You will only receive email updates, appointment confirmations, or direct text responses from our firm if you have explicitly opted in by providing your contact information via our consultation request forms, phone enrollment, or physical paperwork.

2. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe Mechanisms

Every automated communication sent by our firm provides a transparent way to opt out:

  • Emails: Click the "Unsubscribe" link located cleanly at the bottom of any automated newsletter or legal broadcast.

  • Text Messages (SMS): You can reply STOP at any time to any text message received from our office. Sending "STOP" will trigger a single confirmation message and instantly block our system from sending further texts to your mobile number unless you explicitly re-enroll.

  • Support: You can reply HELP for structural system information or contact our Oak Ridge office directly at 865-535-5335 to be manually removed from all operational communication logs.

3. Third-Party Sharing Clearances

We do not buy, sell, or lease marketing lists. Our contact lists are entirely organic and internal. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, your text messaging opt-in data and mobile information are securely isolated and are never shared with outside marketing firms.
